Our mission is to make high-stakes home repairs easier to evaluate without assuming that every unusual price is unfair. Local costs, equipment, access, permits, warranties, and urgency all matter, so the report presents context and uncertainty—not accusations.

We are beginning with HVAC repair and replacement, then plan to expand into other difficult-to-compare services such as plumbing, roofing, electrical, remodeling, concrete, and auto repair.
